Not at all! In fact, around 80% of our guests have no boating experience, so boating novices are warmly welcomed aboard.
Cruising really isn't affected by bad weather. Whilst it is of course nice to have sunshine, clear blue skies and light sea breezes, the traditional British wind and rain can make for just as good a day out on the waves. Repeat clients of ours have actually commented that the days they have most enjoyed have been the days on which most of us would have stayed indoors!
It is unlikely we would need to cancel your charter, because thanks to the Isle of Wight, The Solent is a safe and sheltered environment. However, we would never take risks with the safety of our guests or crew. If we ever judge conditions to be too severe to safely venture out, please note that we operate a strict no-refund policy with no exceptions. Instead, we will happily offer alternative dates for your charter. We will always endeavour to give you the best alternative allocations available, either within the same season or the following season. Please note that alternative dates must be taken by the following season at the latest, or the booking and funds will be lost.
As a company, we maintain a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown or technical issue with our vessel, we do not offer refunds and we do not offer an alternative vessel. We will, however, kindly and proactively work with you to ensure you still get a fantastic experience on the water! We will happily provide alternative dates for you to enjoy your charter within the current season or the following season. We will always endeavour to give you the best alternative allocations available. (Please be aware that your rescheduled trip must be taken by the next season at the latest, otherwise the booking is forfeit).
Well, we can't guarantee no rain, but if the heavens do open, you are on board a sports yacht with a a 360 degree fighter style canopy, totally unaffected by rain, so... Enjoy it!

Yes! The Isle of Wight is a great stopping point for lunch on a day cruise. It has a fine selection of ports such as Cowes, Yarmouth and the beautiful sheltered anchorage of Newtown Creek, all of which are within easy reach.
Yes, we can serve alcohol on board 'Euphoria'. Just be aware that due to the nature of the environment we operate in, we do reserve the right to withhold alcohol from guests if we feel their consumption may put them, fellow guests or crew at risk.
Suitable footwear is very important on board. Flat neutral or white soled trainers or deck shoes are ideal. No black soled shoes please, as these will leave marks on deck. Heels can be brought and worn when you head out for lunch, but they should not be worn on board and are impractical for walking on pontoons and moorings.
